PCO is our database system for the entire network of MHV churches. There are several ‘Apps’ that function for different purposes.
People is the primary option for finding contact information for anyone in the church- phone, email, address, household members, classes they’ve attended, visitor tracking, etc.
Check-Ins is the online option for checking in children for services and extra events where the additional security of name tags is important.
Services is used to schedule every team for each church’s services
Giving is for all of our tithe/offering
Registrations is for event registration options and tracking
SystemSix is our accounting firm and they set-up your payroll on Gusto. You will need to login and set up an account with Gusto (SystemSix will que you on this.) This is where you can see all of your paystubs and this is where you will pull your W-2’s for taxes each year. You can also request off Vacation time on Gusto as well.
We use an online system called Dropbox to manage our file sharing. You will receive an email invitation to join our Dropbox for Business account. (If you do not receive this invitation, please contact ben@milehighvineyard.org)
Employee Navigator is used to pick out your Health Benefits plan. You can login to this at any time to access your health benefits. You will receive an invitation from Employee Navigator if you are a full time employee.

We have them on retainer to consult our pastors on their housing allowance and also on financial investing. Pastors can also have them do their taxes for free. Our 403B is also run through Clergy Advantage.
